Sound Bath & Tea Ceremony
Grounding · Meditative · Heart-Opening

Service Description
Our monthly offering is a meditative and heart-opening experience with sound and tea. We’ll begin with a guided meditation to honour tea as a living plant spirit, followed by a soothing Koshi chime sound bath to calm the nervous system and awaken the senses. Next, we move into a silent tea ceremony using the ancient ‘Leaves in a Bowl’ method, placing whole tea leaves in a bowl and steeping them in water to connect deeply with the plant. We’ll share an organic oolong tea from Taiwan, known for its grounding and calming effects. Prepared with spring water over a small flame, this sustainably sourced tea brings a warm, comforting presence. You’re invited to rest, receive, and savour each bowl in stillness. This practice offers a space for presence, connection, and quiet reflection. Who: Open to all, no prior experience needed. Come as you are. What: Low-intensity, no-impact; suitable during pregnancy. Bring: Please wear warm, comfortable clothing and bring a cushion, blanket, and water bottle.
