Jess is a Sound Therapist and Reiki Master with a deep passion for wellness. Blending energy healing with ancient wisdom, she offers Reiki-infused sound baths that support both body and mind, inviting you to reconnect with yourself and create space for healing and reflection.
Every Wednesday, Friday and Sunday, the community comes together for tea, guided meditation and a 45 minute sound bath infused with Reiki energy. This offering is a gentle invitation to come home to yourself - a safe space to soften, release and simply be.
Using the calming vibrations of crystal singing bowls, the gong, and Koshi chimes Jess guides you into deep relaxation. As the sound washes over you, many enter a meditative state where healing can naturally unfold.
Each session ends with gentle grounding. You’re welcome to stay, ask questions, or pull an oracle card for intuitive insight.

Anna Birchall
Yin Yoga Teacher
Anna’s entry into yoga began seven years ago when she couldn’t bring herself to decline another offer to join a friend’s yoga class for the seventh week in a row. Little did she know she was resisting the modality that would slowly heal her relationship with her body and positively change her life from the inside out.
Over the years, Yin Yoga became her most consistent practice. Each breath in a yin class deepens her reverence for slow and restorative practices - greater fascination for the healing that occurs in the space of intentional passivity. As a largely movement-avoidant Taurus Rising, she’s in her element when she’s present in her body, embracing stillness.
Her path as a devoted student and desire for reciprocity naturally led her to teaching. Her classes are invitations to spaciousness and stillness, inspired by the divine expressions of nature, cosmic rhythms and honestly, our shared hunger for rest.
