Anna’s entry into yoga began seven years ago when she couldn’t bring herself to decline another offer to join a friend’s yoga class for the seventh week in a row. Little did she know she was resisting the modality that would slowly heal her relationship with her body and positively change her life from the inside out.
Over the years, Yin Yoga became her most consistent practice. Each breath in a yin class deepens her reverence for slow and restorative practices - greater fascination for the healing that occurs in the space of intentional passivity. As a largely movement-avoidant Taurus Rising, she’s in her element when she’s present in her body, embracing stillness.
Her path as a devoted student and desire for reciprocity naturally led her to teaching. Her classes are invitations to spaciousness and stillness, inspired by the divine expressions of nature, cosmic rhythms and honestly, our shared hunger for rest.
