Host a private group session tailored to your team. 60, 75, 90 or 120 minutes. Choose a single practice (Yoga, Pilates Sculpt / Strength, Breathwork or Sound Bath) or create a combo (e.g., Vinyasa + Sound Bath) for a full reset.
Perfect for team-building, off-sites, wellbeing days and end-of-year celebrations (Christmas). Our Japandi-inspired studio in Uptown Auckland is calm, welcoming and set up for focus. Instructors, Mats, props and a beautiful, minimal setting are all provided - just arrive as you are.
All levels and bodies are welcome. We’ll shape the session to suit your goals—energise, unwind, or both—and handle the details so your team can simply breathe, move and connect.
