Through slow, controlled movements incorporating heavier weights, it builds muscle strength, core stability and precise body awareness, focusing on your alignment. Who: All levels welcome, beginners included. Small class size ensures focused attention on your technique. What: Medium-intensity, low-impact with modification available. Bring: Water bottle and towel.
