A full-body workout that combines Pilates principles with dynamic movements to build strength and endurance. This longer session offers an extended challenge, enhancing muscle tone, core strength and overall fitness. Weights, Pilates balls and bands are provided. Who: Suitable for all levels; beginners welcome. Pilates Sculpt offers a welcoming and supportive space for all. What: Medium-intensity, low-impact class with beginner and pregnancy modifications available. Bring: Water bottle and towel
