Service Description
A slow, breath-led yoga class for new mums to ease back into movement, with baby right there beside you. Gentle flows and restorative shapes help you reconnect with your body after birth, release tension from feeding and carrying, and rebuild quiet strength through the pelvic floor, deep core and back. Expect time to breathe, stretch and reset, with small moments to involve baby in the practice if it feels right. A calm 45 minutes to come back to yourself. Who: Expecting and new mums from six weeks postpartum (or after sign-off from your LMC). Bubs welcome from birth through to crawling. All levels, no yoga experience needed. What: Low-intensity, restorative yoga with postnatal modifications. Feed, change or settle your baby anytime, no need to step out. Bring: Water bottle, optional towel, a blanket or mat plus anything that keeps your little one comfy. Note: Suggest you leaving strollers in the car and bring your carry pack or capsule. We have a beautiful staircase leading up to the studio.
