Service Description
A gentle but effective class for new mums to rebuild strength after birth, with baby right there alongside you. Pilates Restore focuses on safely waking up your pelvic floor, deep core and posture, while easing the tension that builds up in the neck, shoulders and back from feeding and carrying. It's a calm, energising space to move your body, meet other mums and take an hour back for yourself. Weights, Pilates balls and bands are provided. Who: Expecting and new mums from six weeks postpartum (or after sign-off from your LMC). Babies welcome from birth through to crawling. All levels, no Pilates experience needed. What: Low-intensity, low-impact mat Pilates with modifications for every stage of recovery, including diastasis. Feed, change or settle your baby anytime, no need to step out. Bring: Water bottle, towel, a blanket or mat plus anything that keeps your little one comfy. Note: Suggest leaving strollers in the car and bring your carry pack or capsule. We have a beautiful staircase leading up to the studio.
