Designed to elevate your heart rate and build both strength and cardiovascular fitness, this class features dynamic sequences with weights and resistance bands. Expect uplifting music, creative sequencing and supportive modifications for all levels. You’ll move with intention, challenge your limits and leave feeling energised and strong. Who: Suitable for all fitness levels, with options to challenge yourself or take it at your own pace. What: High-intensity, low-impact class with beginner and pregnancy modifications available. Bring: Water bottle and optional towel
