Day 1: The Blueprint, Foundations


Service Description

Arm Balances and Inversions, guided by Amy Atkinson. We begin with the foundations. Together, we’ll break down the architecture of yoga arm balances and inversions. Meeting shapes like crow, headstand, forearm balance, and handstand. With curiosity and compassion, we’ll map the pathways that make these postures feel clear, strong, and steady. This workshop is about learning the mechanics and softening fear. We’ll explore how to fall safely, meet resistance with play, and move with both strength and ease. Whether you’re stepping into these shapes for the first time or refining familiar ones, you’ll leave with tools to support and expand your practice.
