Service Description
Engage in a guided breathwork journey to access deeper states of consciousness and emotional release. This diaphragmatic breath activates your parasympathetic nervous system, promoting deep calm, relaxation and an expanded state of consciousness. Classes start with cacao, a gentle heart-opener and a grounding meditation, before guiding you through the conscious connected breath alongside a specially curated playlist. Who: Suitable for newcomers and all levels. However, this session is not advised for those who are in their first trimester of pregnancy, have cardiovascular conditions, epilepsy, or a history of stroke, heart attack or seizures. What: Medium-intensity, low-impact session; consult instructor at the start of the class if pregnant. Bring: For additional comfort, please bring a blanket, optional eye pillow, water bottle and wear warm comfortable clothing.
