Service Description
Begin with guided somatic breathwork to calm the nervous system and connect inward, then move into fluid Vinyasa sequences designed to restore balance and build strength. This grounding practice enhances inner awareness, reduces stress, and supports flexibility and body awareness through intentional movement and breath. Clear alignment cues and mindful pacing make this class supportive for all levels. Who: Open to all levels, beginners are welcome with modifications provided. What: A medium-intensity, low-impact class with beginner and pregnancy modifications available. Bring: Water bottle and optional towel
