This session offers space to gently check in with yourself at the halfway point of the year. Through guided breathwork, we’ll explore what’s been sitting in your body - stress, stories, or stuckness and begin to release and create space for the second half of the year. You'll be supported to reflect, reconnect with your inner rhythm and reset your nervous system for the months ahead. Tayla White is the founder of TMINDBODY, a breath‑work and nervous‑system specialist who draws deeply from her own healing journey, having navigated chronic illness, fatigue, and burnout, she rediscovered empowerment by tuning into her body and breath. Blending neuroscience, energy medicine, and somatic breath‑techniques, Tayla guides individuals into greater peace, clarity, and resilience, helping them unlock innate healing through the breath.
