Service Description

Yoga Journey is a limited class series with guest teacher Renee Stewart, weaving together pranayama, kriya, asana, mantra, and meditation into one integrated practice. Set to Renée’s eclectic playlists, you’ll move between stillness and flow, softness and strength, sound and silence. A grounding yet expansive class designed to build strength, mobility, and awareness while creating space to slow down, anchor into the breath, and reset. Renee is a dancer, yoga and meditation teacher, and founder of The Movement Library Online Studio. With a background in contemporary dance and extensive international training, including a 500-hour Yoga Teacher Training in India and Primal Moves training in Ibiza, her classes are both grounding and spacious, inviting you to move with rhythm, awareness, and curiosity.
