Lea creates an authentic, welcoming space for all, believing in the power of movement to heal and cultivate awareness, resilience, and intuition. Her classes mindfully combine breathwork (pranayama), intentional poses (asanas), and meditation to guide students toward balance, on and off the mat. ​ Accessible to all levels, Lea’s flows are designed to integrate movement, sound, and even scent, offering a holistic sensory journey that helps students reconnect with themselves.
