Iris brings a yin-like energy and a welcoming essence, inviting everyone to arrive as they are, authentically. Known for her detailed, intentional, and intuitive approach, Iris offers a space in her meditation class, ‘Pause,’ where you can explore your inner landscape through the practices Yoga Nidra and Tarot. ​ Yoga Nidra, an ancient meditation practice, involves intention setting, body scanning, and guided visualization to deeply engage the subconscious mind and aims to soften the physical body. ​ Tarot, a form of divination, connects with the universe to deliver surprisingly relevant guidance. The cards drawn will inspire the journey of your visualisation each week making for a bespoke experience catered to the energy of the group.
