Iris brings a yin-like energy and a welcoming essence, inviting everyone to arrive as they are, authentically. Known for her detailed, intentional, and intuitive approach, Iris offers a space in her meditation class, ‘Pause,’ where you can explore your inner landscape through the practices Yoga Nidra and Tarot. Yoga Nidra, an ancient meditation practice, involves intention setting, body scanning, and guided visualization to deeply engage the subconscious mind and aims to soften the physical body. Tarot, a form of divination, connects with the universe to deliver surprisingly relevant guidance. The cards drawn will inspire the journey of your visualisation each week making for a bespoke experience catered to the energy of the group.
