Service Description

Take a mindful midday pause with this 45 minute meditative reset combining breathwork, body awareness, intention setting, guided meditation and live sound healing. You’ll be guided through a calming body scan to gently shift your state of consciousness, followed by a restorative sound bath using crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, and chimes. Aromatherapy eye towels are offered for deep rest and inner clarity. Who: Open to all; no experience needed What: Low-intensity, stillness-based session; suitable during pregnancy Bring: Wear warm clothing. Journals welcome for post-class reflection.
