Service Description
Your monthly Conscious Connected Breathwork session begins with cacao, a gentle heart-opener and a grounding meditation. You'll then be guided through the conscious connected breath, a diaphragmatic breathing technique designed to activate your parasympathetic nervous system, promoting deep calm, relaxation and an expanded state of consciousness. Accompanied by a thoughtfully curated playlist, the experience concludes with a blissful savasana enhanced by a soothing sound bath. Gluten-free, vegan snacks and herbal tea are provided at the end of the session. Who: Suitable for newcomers and all levels. However, this session is not advised for those who are in their first trimester of pregnancy, have cardiovascular conditions, epilepsy, or a history of stroke, heart attack or seizures. What: Medium-intensity, low-impact session; consult instructor at the start of the class if pregnant. Bring: For additional comfort, please bring a blanket, optional eye pillow, water bottle and wear warm comfortable clothing.
