Beginners Ashtanga Yoga
Service Description
Discover the foundations of Ashtanga Yoga in this 60-minute class designed for beginners. Each week will warm up with Sun Salutations A & B - including accessible alternatives. We’ll then continue to explore one-third of the remaining sequence at a slower pace, with detailed cues, thoughtful explanations, and modifications to help you build confidence and alignment. Set to uplifting, vibey music, this class offers a supportive and engaging atmosphere where you can thrive while connecting with others drawn to this timeless, traditional practice. Yoga Mats and Blocks are provided.
