Service Description

A fun ballet-inspired workout designed to strengthen, lengthen and tone, without the use of a traditional barre. This low-impact class blends Pilates principles and strength training with graceful, controlled movements. Using bodyweight exercises, light hand weights, and resistance bands, each session targets the full body, improving posture, flexibility, and overall strength. Who: Suitable for all levels; no dance experience required. What: Medium-intensity, low-impact class with modifications available for beginners and pregnant participants. Bring: Water bottle and optional towel
